International Symposium on Applying Emerging Technologies for the Treatment and Production of Functional Dairy Products

Litoral : Argentina, [July 28, 2023] – The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at the National University of Litoral is proud to announce the first International Symposium on “APPLICATION OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE TREATMENT AND PRODUCTION OF FUNCTIONAL DAIRY PRODUCTS.” This Symposium will take place on Friday, July 28 of the current year at Room 7 of the lecture hall located at the FAVE Campus

The main objective of this Symposium is to promote the fight against health issues derived from Se-deficient diets through the production of Se-enriched dairy products. The symposium will focus on the crucial role of cooperation between industry and academia within the agriculture and dairy product sectors. It will also provide a platform for research, training, and career development activities.

With the growing concern over the health effects of Se-deficient diets, this Symposium aims to explore the potential of producing Se-enriched dairy products by utilizing Se-biofortified hay. Cutting-edge technologies and innovations to enhance the nutritional value and health benefits of dairy products will be discussed by leading experts in the field.
