A leading expert in food chemistry and analytical science, Prof. Corradini introduced the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pathfood.eu\/partnership\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.pathfood.eu\/partnership\">PATHFOOD<\/a> Horizon Europe project<\/strong>, a flagship initiative focused on improving food safety across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session provided a deep dive into:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udd2c <strong>Advanced analytical techniques<\/strong> used to identify contaminants in the food chain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\uddea <strong>Food authenticity and traceability<\/strong> innovations within PATHFOOD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udf0d <strong>The intersection of science and regulation<\/strong> in Horizon Europe frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Se4All researchers \u2014<br>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udd2c <strong>Dr. Leticia E. Toselli<\/strong> (INTA \u2013 Argentina)<br>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udd2c <strong>Dr. Mar\u00eda Julieta Comin<\/strong> (INTI \u2013 Argentina)<br><br>this session offered a valuable exchange of perspectives on how cross-border R&amp;D can support safer, healthier, and more transparent food systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cPATHFOOD is an excellent example of how scientific excellence can support real societal needs \u2014 it was incredibly relevant for Se4All\u2019s mission in functional food development,\u201d said Dr. Comin.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion underscored the importance of integrating <strong>chemical, biological, and policy-based approaches<\/strong> to ensure food security and consumer protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This session, organized as part of the Se4All secondment and hosted by <strong>REDINN<\/strong>, highlighted how European research infrastructure can serve as a model for applied innovation globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc4f Special thanks to <strong><a class=\"\"
