The focus was on <strong>Task 4.3: Consumption Patterns and Market Survey<\/strong>, a key element in understanding how functional foods, particularly selenium-enriched dairy products, are perceived and accepted by consumers across Europe and Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this effort, two Se4All partners from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redinn.it\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.redinn.it\/\">REDINN<\/a><\/strong> ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/lpiccinetti\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/lpiccinetti\/\">Leonardo Piccinetti<\/a><\/strong>, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/donatella-santoro-40399412b\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/donatella-santoro-40399412b\/\">Donatella Santoro<\/a><\/strong> ,<br>took part in collaborative research meetings and data planning sessions with UAB researchers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hosted by UAB\u2019s interdisciplinary team, this activity contributed to building a robust framework for the <strong>consumer behaviour and market analysis phase<\/strong> of the project.
